The Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools Education Foundation is proud to announce FOUR Grade 9 scholarship recipients will receive $250 each and TWO Grade 12 scholarship recipients will receive $500 each.

The Grade 12 "Scholarship for the Future" awards (in the 4th year) were presented to Julia Baniak and Renee Burke, both recent graduates of Ecole St. Albert Catholic High School for their demonstrated commitment to service in their communities, an appreciation of the unique opportunities offered as a GSACRD student, and a plan for the future.

We congratulate Julia and Renee and wish them much success in their future endeavours!

The Grade 9 "Scholarship for the Future" awards (first year) were presented to Tayte Arlinghaus (RSF), Niles Maj-Pfleger (ESSMY), Elyse Merryweather (ESSMY), and Morgan Sweezie (MCHS) all now in grade 10 at GSACRD High Schools. The selection committee was ecstatic at the 44 applications received in the first offering of the Grade 9 Scholarship opportunity.  Most applications were very good and the choice was a difficult one.  These four students had outstanding applications, with a great attention to detail and we know they will be well positioned for the future.

We congratulate Tayte, Niles, Elyse, and Morgan and wish them well in their high school years!
